The Blue Kitchen is the heart of the Convento. A bright and welcoming space where guests begin their day. Each morning, breakfast is served with care, featuring locally sourced ingredients, fresh pastries, and seasonal produce from our horta.
Throughout the day, the space remains open for our in-house guests to enjoy coffee, tea, and fresh fruit from our gardens in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
Beyond breakfast, The Blue Kitchen transforms into a space for creativity and connection. Guests can take part in private masterclasses with our chef or join immersive cooking sessions that celebrate the essence of farm-to-table dining.
